There’s plenty of room at Bell Roper Mountain for your pets, too — especially in our large, fenced pet park. An upfront fee of $400 applies for your first pet, with fees of $500 total for two. Two pets maximum, please. Monthly fee per pet is $25. Unless used as an assistance animal, certain restricted dog breeds are not allowed, including Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, St. Bernard, and mixes of the above breeds. The following non-traditional pets are allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. The following pets are not allowed: snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas.
